2024-2025 Invent Girls
Our 2024-2025 Invent Girls Program has officially wrapped up at Arleta High School, San Fernando High School, and Sylmar High School!

Our 2024-2025 Invent Girls cohort has completed their final project: the Stackable Bluetooth Speaker! After a semester of hands-on learning, teamwork, and peer teaching, students presented their custom-built speakers to their classmates, each one featuring Bluetooth connectivity, stackable functionality, and Arduino-powered disco lights that react to music. Through this project, students from Arleta High School, San Fernando High School, and Sylmar High School explored engineering, electronics, and programming—gaining technical skills, building confidence, and expressing their creativity in meaningful ways.
We’re incredibly proud of their dedication, collaboration, and innovation. Thank you to the families, educators, and supporters who helped make this journey possible. Together, we’re creating space for the next generation of STEM leaders to thrive.

Shoutout to our Graduating Seniors

We’re proud to celebrate the 20 Invent Girls graduating this spring across all three high schools! Twelve of them will go on to pursue STEM degrees—including Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, and Biology. We are incredibly proud of them and look forward to seeing them grow into intelligent, influential leaders. Their future is bright, and we are committed to continuing to be a resource for them as they navigate this exciting new chapter in their lives.
