THE SCHEDULE
- The program will begin on Wednesday, October 1st, and end on Wednesday, December 10th
- The program will be held every Wednesday
- The program is two hours long, from 1:45 – 3:45 PM
SPECIAL DAYS & TIMES
- SPECIAL TIME on Wednesday, October 1st @ 12:45-2:45 PM – Culture Day
- SPECIAL TIME on Wednesday, November 19th @ 12:45 – 2:45 PM – Parent Conferences
CLASSROOM
- The program will take place in Room #1 on campus
SNACK
- If your student is part of the ASAS after-school program, they will receive a snack before the program begins.
- If your student is NOT part of the ASAS after-school program, we recommend they bring a snack from home.
ABSENCES
- If your student is unable to attend our after-school program, please notify us by calling or texting Julia Goldberg, Sr. Program Coordinator, at (650) 761-3753.
DISMISSAL
- Students who are part of the ASAS after-school program will rejoin their coach until parents arrive.
EL HORARIO

- HORARIO ESPECIAL el miércoles 19 de noviembre: 12:45 – 2:45 PM – Conferencias de Padres
SALÓN
- El programa se llevará a cabo en el salón #1 de la escuela.
BOTANA
- Si su estudiante es parte de ASAS afterschool program, recibirán una botana antes de empezar el programa.
- Si su estudiante NO es parte de ASAS afterschool program, le recomendamos traer su propia botana de casa.
AUSENCIAS
- Si su estudiante no puede asistir a nuestro programa después de la escuela, por favor notifíquenos llamando o enviando un mensaje de texto a Julia Goldberg, la Coordinadora del Programa, al (650) 761-3753.
SALIDA
- Estudiantes que participan en ASAS after school program regresaran con su coach hasta que sus padres los pasen a recoger.
