Our high school program invites 9th–12th grade girls and gender-expansive youthYouth whose gender identity and/or expression expands beyond cultural or social expectations of gender. This includes but is not limited to students who identify as girls regardless of assigned sex at birth, transmasculine youth, non-binary youth, and gender-fluid individuals. Invent Girls

Invent Girls is a year-long program for high-school-aged girls and gender-expansive youth that builds foundational engineering skills through hands-on learning. Participants explore research, teamwork, and technical communication while gaining experience with coding, 3D design, hardware assembly, and soldering. In the spring, they apply these skills to create and customize Arduino-based projects, culminating in a Student Expo. In 2024-2025, the program served 72 students.
