THE SCHEDULE

• The program will begin on Wednesday, February 25th, and end on Wednesday, May 6th
• The program will be held every Wednesday
• The program is two hours long, from 3:10 – 5:10 PM

SPECIAL DAYS & TIMES

• SPECIAL TIME on Wednesday, March 18th @ 12:40-2:40 PM
• SPECIAL TIME on Wednesday, April 8th @ 12:40-2:40 PM

CLASSROOM

• The program will take place in Room I on campus
• Students should bring their laptops to our program if the school has given them one

SNACK

• Students will have a short break mid-way every session, we recommend they bring a snack to have during the break.

ABSENCES

• If your student is unable to attend our after-school program, please notify us by calling or texting Julia Goldberg, Sr. Program Coordinator, at (650) 761-3753.

• Las estudiantes deben traer sus laptops a nuestro programa si la escuela les ha dado una

BOTANA

• Los estudiantes tendrán un breve descanso a mitad de cada sesión, les recomendamos traer un pequeño bocadillo para comer durante el descanso.

AUSENCIAS

• Si su estudiante no puede asistir a nuestro programa después de la escuela, por favor notifíquenos llamando o enviando un mensaje de texto a Julia Goldberg, la Coordinadora del Programa, al (650) 761-3753.
