THE SCHEDULE

• The program will begin on Tuesday, February 24th, and end on Tuesday, May 5th
• The sessions are every Tuesday, EXCEPT for Tuesday, March 31st (spring break).
• The program is two hours long, from 2:20 – 4:20 PM for 10 weeks

SPECIAL DAYS & TIMES

• No Session on March 31st due to Spring Break

CLASSROOM

• The program will take place in Room 191 on campus
• Students should bring their laptops to our program if the school has given them one.

BREAK

• Students will have a short break midway through every session. We recommend they bring a snack to eat during the break.

ABSENCES

• If your student is unable to attend our after-school program, please notify us by calling or texting Julia Goldberg, Sr. Program Coordinator, at (650) 761-3753.

EL HORARIO

• El programa comenzará el martes, 23 de febrero y terminará el martes, 5 de mayo
• Las sesiones son todos los lunes, EXCEPTO el martes 31 de marzo (vacaciones de primavera)
• El programa dura dos horas, de 2:20 a 4:20 PM durante 10 semanas

DÍAS Y HORARIOS ESPECIALES

• No habrá sesión el 31 de marzo debido a las vacaciones de primavera

SALÓN

• El programa se llevará a cabo enel salón 191 de la escuela.
• Las estudiantes deben traer sus laptops a nuestro programa si la escuela les ha dado una.

DESCANSO

• Los estudiantes tendrán un breve descanso a mitad de cada sesión, les recomendamos traer un pequeño bocadillo para comer durante el descanso.

AUSENCIAS

• Si su estudiante no puede asistir a nuestro programa después de la escuela, por favor notifíquenos llamando o enviando un mensaje de texto a Julia Goldberg, la Coordinadora del Programa, al (650) 761-3753.
