THE SCHEDULE

• The program will begin on *Monday, September 29th, and end on Thursday, December 11th
• Except for the first day, the program will be held every Thursday
• The program is two hours long, from 3:30 – 5:30 PM

SPECIAL DAYS & TIMES

•  *The first session will be held on Monday, September 29th, from 3:30-5:30 PM, due to the unassigned school day on October 2nd. All following sessions will be held on Thursdays.

CLASSROOM

• The program will take place in Room #30 on campus

BREAK

• Students will have a short break midway through every session. We recommend they bring a snack to eat during the break.

ABSENCES

• If your student is unable to attend our after-school program, please notify us by calling or texting Julia Goldberg, Sr. Program Coordinator, at (650) 761-3753.

EL HORARIO

• El programa comenzará *el lunes el 29 de septiembre y terminará el jueves el 11 de diciembre
• Excepto el primer día, el programa se llevara acabo cada jueves.
• El programa dura dos horas, de 3:30 a 5:30 PM

DÍAS Y HORARIOS ESPECIALES

• *La primera sesión se realizará el lunes 29 de septiembre, de 3:30 a 5:30 PM, debido al día libre el 2 de octubre. Las siguientes sesiones se realizarán los jueves.

SALÓN

• El programa se llevará a cabo en el salón #30 de la escuela.

DESCANSO

• Los estudiantes tendrán un breve descanso a mitad de cada sesión, les recomendamos traer un pequeño bocadillo para comer durante el descanso.

AUSENCIAS

• Si su estudiante no puede asistir a nuestro programa después de la escuela, por favor notifíquenos llamando o enviando un mensaje de texto a Julia Goldberg, la Coordinadora del Programa, al (650) 761-3753.
