THE SCHEDULE

  • The first day of the after-school program is Friday, October 3rd, 2025
  • The program takes place once per week on Thursdays
  • The program is two hours long. It starts at 2:30 PM and ends at 4:30 PM
  • The last day of the after-school program is Thursday, December 11th, 2025

SPECIAL DAYS & TIMES

  • SPECIAL DAY on Friday, October 3rd @ 2:30-4:30 PM  instead of Thursday, October 2nd – Unassigned School Day
  • SPECIAL TIME on Thursday, November 13th from 1:50 – 3:50 PM – Parent Conferences
  • NO SESSION on Thursday, November 27th – Thanksgiving 

CLASSROOM

  • The program will take place in ROOM #35.

BREAK

  • Students will have a short break midway through every session. We recommend they bring a snack to eat during the break.

ABSENCES

  • If your student is unable to attend our after-school program, please notify us by calling or texting the program coordinator, Nayeli Cabral, at (650) 761-6652.

PICK UP PROCEDURES

  • Participants will be dismissed at 4:30 PM from the Auditorium. DIY Girls Program staff will walk them out and remain with them until they’re picked up. If a participant is not picked up by 4:40 PM, we will call the parents/emergency contact.

EL HORARIO

  • El primer día del programa es el viernes, 03 de octubre, 2025
  • El programa tomará lugar una vez por semana, cada Jueves 
  • El programa dura 2 horas. Empieza a las 2:30 PM y termina a las 4:30 PM
  • El ultimo dia del program es el Jueves, 11 de Diciembre, 2025

DÍAS Y HORARIOS ESPECIALES

  • DÍA ESPECIAL el viernes 3 de octubre a las 2:30 – 4:30 PM en lugar del jueves 2 de octubre- Día escolar no asignado. 
  • HORARIO ESPECIAL el jueves 13 de noviembre: 1:50 – 3:50 PM – Conferencias de padres
  • NO HAY SESIÓN el jueves 27 de noviembre – Acción de Gracias

SALÓN

  • El programa se llevará a cabo en el Salón #35

DESCANSO

  • Los estudiantes tendrán un breve descanso a mitad de cada sesión, les recomendamos traer un pequeño bocadillo para comer durante el descanso.

AUSENCIAS

  • Si su estudiante no puede asistir a nuestro programa después de la escuela, por favor notifíquenos llamando o enviando un mensaje de texto a la coordinadora, Nayeli Cabral al (650) 761-6652.

PROCEDIMIENTOS DE SALIDA

  • Las estudiantes saldrán a las 4:30 PM por el auditorio. El personal de DIY Girls las acompañará y permanecerá con ellas hasta que las recojan. Si su estudiante no es recogida para las 4:40 PM, llamaremos a los padres / contacto de emergencia.
